We developed and implemented urgent assistance programs after the earthquake of February 6^th that destroyed seven cities in central and south Anatolia. With donations from members and grants from various organisations we first carried out field visits to asses the special needs of the elderly and disabled people. We provided in-kind aids and developed projects in cooperation with the Ministry of Family and Social Services and local municipalities to meet the needs of the elderly and disabled, to improve their living conditions and to defend the right to accessibility for everyone.
