A graduate of the Department of Gerontology at Istanbul University, Sıla Nur Baş completed her Master’s degree in Interdisciplinary Health Management at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University. Currently serving as the Administrative and Project Coordinator at the 65+ Elderly Rights Association, she manages the association’s operational processes, coordinates local and international projects, and leads fundraising and resource development efforts.
With a strong background in Project Cycle Management (PCM), digital literacy, and capacity building within the civil society sector, Baş plays an active role in the association’s field operations. She is also responsible for managing digital communication and content production processes.
